Manage your account

The Account section enables you to manage web-interface preferences and account settings. You can easily change the currently set language and time zone as well as other parameters according to personal preferences.

To access your account settings:

1. Click on your Account ID in the upper left menu
2. Select Account in the dropdown

The Account section displays the following information:

• Company name;
• Login (your email address);
• Account ID;
• Account balance;
• A link with the description of available payment methods;
• Your legal Information:
  • Legal name
  • TIN
  • Registered address and zip code
  • Contact person

In Account Settings, you can manage the following parameters:

• Time zone;
• Language;
• Measurement system;
• Password change — you can change your account password. To do this, you will need to enter the old password and new password;
• SMS transliteration —- you can receive SMS-notifications in Latin. By default, this function is disabled, SMS-notifications are sent in Cyrillic;
• File storage — this is a space used for storing files and images, for ex., photos attached to forms by mobile employees.
